HBM, filiale de Soletanche Bachy en Hongrie, a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 les travaux de pieux et les travaux provisoires pour la construction des futures piles du pont Kalocsa-Paks. Ce nouveau pont routier, d’une longueur totale de 946 m\u00e8tres, traverse 506 m\u00e8tres de plaine inondable et 440 m\u00e8tres de Danube, et doit permettre de r\u00e9duire de 15 minutes le temps de trajet entre les deux villes de Kalocsa et Paks, et l’autoroute M6.<\/p>\n

HBM a install\u00e9 1 040 m de pieux dans la rivi\u00e8re et 1 196 m sur la rive, chacun d’un diam\u00e8tre de 1 500 mm. Sous ces deux plateformes fluviales, \u00e0 une profondeur de 17 m, les \u00e9quipes ont r\u00e9alis\u00e9 des parois \u00e9tanches par jet grouting, ainsi que des bouchons avec des colonnes de 3,3 m de diam\u00e8tre sous la surface de ces deux \u00eeles artificielles.<\/p>\n

Ces ouvrages sont destin\u00e9s \u00e0 assurer l’\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 des fosses et la stabilit\u00e9 du fond de fouille. Soletanche Polska, filiale polonaise du groupe, a \u00e9galement particip\u00e9 au projet en apportant son expertise dans le domaine du jet grouting.<\/p>\n

HBM installed 1,040 lm of piles in the river and 1,196 lm on the river bank, each with a diameter of 1,500 mm. Beneath these two river platforms, at a depth of 17 m, the teams created watertight walls using jet grouting, as well as plugs with 3.3 m diameter columns beneath the surface of these two artificial islands. <\/span><\/p>\n

These structures are designed to ensure the watertightness of the pits and the stability of the excavation base. Soletanche Polska, the Group\u2019s Polish subsidiary, also took part in the project, contributing its expertise in the jet grouting process.<\/span><\/p>\n
