Pour faire face \u00e0 la croissance exponentielle du trafic, la plate-forme a\u00e9roportuaire souhaitait construire une troisi\u00e8me piste, en gagnant 650 ha sur la mer. Ce projet d’une ampleur sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent devait faire face \u00e0 plusieurs d\u00e9fis. Un d\u00e9fi environnemental tout d’abord : il \u00e9tait impossible d’utiliser la m\u00e9thode de dragage et de remblayage, qui aurait remis en suspension dans le sol les d\u00e9p\u00f4ts marins parfois pollu\u00e9s et menac\u00e9 l’\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me.<\/p>\n

Le projet a donc \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en Deep soil mixing, seule solution capable de traiter le sol en place sans le manipuler et de prot\u00e9ger ainsi l’esp\u00e8ce end\u00e9mique des dauphins. L’expertise de Soletanche Bachy dans ce domaine est in\u00e9gal\u00e9e. Un liant \u00e0 faible teneur en carbone a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9. Un d\u00e9fi technique ensuite : la proximit\u00e9 imm\u00e9diate de l’a\u00e9roport a oblig\u00e9 les \u00e9quipes \u00e0 travailler \u00e0 des hauteurs limit\u00e9es, sans que l’activit\u00e9 de l’a\u00e9roport ne soit jamais interrompue.<\/p>\n

Par ailleurs, l’essentiel des travaux a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de barges, par voie maritime, \u00e0 l’aide d’ateliers CSM sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7us par l’ensemble des acteurs du projet, et gr\u00e2ce au savoir-faire d\u00e9cisif du service Mat\u00e9riel de Soletanche Bachy, du service Mat\u00e9riel d’Eurofrance, de TEC System et des experts cor\u00e9ens de Sambo E&C.
\nAu total, 16 ateliers ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mobilis\u00e9s 24 heures sur 24, \u00e0 chaque \u00e9tape du projet. Cette op\u00e9ration de CSM est la plus importante jamais r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par BSGL, mais aussi par le Groupe Soletanche Bachy.<\/p>\n

Il s’agissait de poser 92 000 panneaux de 2,8 x 1,2 m \u00e0 des profondeurs comprises entre 15 et 20 m, \u00e0 travers des d\u00e9p\u00f4ts marins et des alluvions meubles. Ces op\u00e9rations ont n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de nombreux
\nd’essais, de forages et d’\u00e9chantillonnages.<\/p>\n
